New in 2026, Camp Trinity’s Assistant Leader program offers you the opportunity for young adults who are not yet of age to work on staff to serve at Camp Trinity. Assistant leaders will build upon their experience at LIT, engaging in many aspects of staff training, leadership development, and working alongside camp leaders to make our camp program the best it can be. While assistant leaders will not have all the responsibilities of camp leaders, they will have the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our campers while learning all the ins and outs of working at camp.”

• You must be turning 15 in 2026 to participate in this program (born in 2011)

• Training Week: June 29 - July 3

• Volunteer Placements July 6 - 31 (minimum two weeks volunteering is required)

• This is a volunteer position with an honorarium

• To register, please complete the application form. (You must submit a cover letter and resume as part of the process.)

• Applicants will then be contacted to schedule an interview with our assistant director.

• Applicants will be notified as to the status of their application the week of June 1, 2026.
