Camp Trinity Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before midnight of the day 2 weeks before the following start dates of your child’s Camp Week(s) a full refund less the $30 per registration administration fee will be issued.
by June 17th for Week 1 (July 2nd to July 5th)
by June 23rd for Week 2 (July 8th to 12th)
by June 30th for Week 3 (July 15th to July 19th)
by July 7th for Week 4 (July 22nd to July 26th)
by July 14th for Week 5 (July 29th to August 2nd)
by July 21st for Week 6 (August 6th to August 9th)
by July 28th for Week 7 (August 12th to August 16th)
If you cancel less than two weeks before the start of camp, NO REFUND will be issued except for a medical issue (with a note from a doctor). In that case, a full refund less the $30 per registration administration fee will be issued.
Withdrawal during camp on physician’s orders will result in a refund of the value of fees for the unused time remaining for the registration, less the $30 per registration
