Would you like to help a child from a low-income family attend camp? You will receive a tax receipt for your donation. You can do that here.
For low income families who need help paying the full registration fee, please register your child(ren) and pay the minimum deposit amount of $30. You will receive a subsidy application form in your confirmation email.
Camp Trinity Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received before midnight of the day 2 weeks before the start date(s) of your child’s Camp Week(s). A full refund less the $30 per registration administration fee will be issued upon receipt of the cancellation notice via email to Camp Trinity.
by June 22nd for Week 1 (July 7th to 11th)
by June 29th for Week 2 (July 14th to July 18th)
by July 6th for Week 3 (July 21st to July 25th)
by July 13th for Week 4 (July 28th to August 1st)
by July 21st for Week 5 (August 5th to August 8th)
by July 27th for Week 6 (August 11th to August 15th)
If you cancel less than two weeks before your child’s Camp Week(s), NO REFUND will be issued except for emergencies (ie. medical issues (with a note from a doctor), family emergency, etc.). In that case, a full refund less the $30 per registration administration fee will be issued.
Withdrawal during Camp on physician’s orders will result in a refund of the value of fees for the unused time remaining for the registration, less the $30 per registration administration fee.
NO REFUND will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
Camp Trinity reserves the right to dismiss campers from the program due to disciplinary issues, such as (but not limited to) bullying of other campers or staff, repeated use of inappropriate language, physical intimidation or harassment of other campers or staff. NO REFUND will be issued for withdrawal from the program at Camp Trinity’s request.
